5. Payment and Collection

Upon the approval of the Student Pass application, the applicant must collect the Student Pass in person at the ICA Visitor Services Centre with the relevant original documents, together with their medical report approved by the Ministry of Health.

The Student Pass will only be issued if the applicant has fulfilled all the conditions, as stipulated in the In-Principle Approval letter.

The Student Pass fee is S$40 per year or part thereof. If the applicant requires an Entry Visa to enter Singapore, an additional fee of S$20 is payable for the Entry Visa. The fees are payable when the applicant completes the formalities to collect the Student Pass.

All payments must be made by NETS or CashCard.
