The minimum entry requirements for the programs are a full GCE "A" Level certificate (minimum 2 "A"s and 2 "O"s), or alternatively, minimum three years working experience. Applicants without the relevant qualifications must be aged 18 years and above. Applicants must also apply to be FPAS members when enrolling in the programs.
