The ESS includes a WSQ qualification — the Career
Readiness Certificate. This is awarded at three levels:
Operations, Supervisory and Managerial levels. The Career
Readiness Certificate is designed to provide the trainees
not only with a broad range of transferable generic employability
skills but also allows for some customisation to specifically
equip trainees with a headstart in a particular industry.
