It is crucial for operational staff to possess the ability to identify potential areas and opportunities for change and improvements to be made. This will help to improve the performance of the workplace when everyone assumes the responsibility of making constructive recommendations and suggestions.

Participants will experience and learn to:

Demonstrate initiative to improve workplace performance and achievement of goals
Demonstrate self-direction and sustained efforts in making improvements
Demonstrate and maintain innovative and enterprising behaviours
Participate in generating innovative outcomes
Identify risks associated with periodic operations and new initiatives
Recommend possible strategies to avoid risks and maintain commitment to innovate
Implement the best risk strategy and monitor risks

Target Audience: Operational and front-line staff who are aspiring to contribute to their organisations’ performance by taking responsibility for making improvements and changes in their workplace.
