Supervisory
Supervisors are role models who should exemplify the importance
of lifelong learning and personal development.
This programme aims to train supervisors to promote ongoing
personal learning and development in the workplace and also
to facilitate the application of knowledge and skills learnt
by their subordinates to the workplace. Supervisors will also
learn how they can change the mindset towards employability
issues in view of global changes, and develop subordinates
who are able to adapt to changes as well.
