Supervisors are role models who should exemplify the importance of lifelong learning and personal development.

This programme aims to train supervisors to promote ongoing personal learning and development in the workplace and also to facilitate the application of knowledge and skills learnt by their subordinates to the workplace. Supervisors will also learn how they can change the mindset towards employability issues in view of global changes, and develop subordinates who are able to adapt to changes as well.

Participants will experience and learn to:

Promote personal and professional growth through lifelong learning
Facilitate the application of knowledge and skills learnt to the workplace
Analyse employability issues for self and the team in a global context
Develop the team to adapt to change and diversity

Target Audience: Supervisors who want to build teams that are selfdirected and ready to face changes taking place in the global economy.
