Goals direct our actions to achieve the results we want. Through this programme, the operational and frontline staff will learn how to relate their personal goals to organisational goals.

To achieve one’s personal goals, time management and managing personal finances are also required to balance one’s work-life and personal responsibilities. There is a need to learn how to prioritise tasks according to established goals and learn how to interpret information on financial planning.

Participants will experience and learn to:

Identify personal values, qualities, interests, abilities and aptitudes
Establish and prioritise personal goals
Identify an organisation’s goals and priorities
Identify and align one’s responsibilities and role to organisational success
Prioritise tasks according to established goals
Identify sources of stress and methods to manage stress
Maintain a balance between work and personal responsibilities
Identify potential health risks and maintain a healthy lifestyle
Interpret information on financial planning
Interpret wages
Use procedures for job applications
Explore information about employment opportunities
Interpret relevant employment documents
Identify appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes needed for job retention and advancement
Interpret job responsibilities and performance feedback

Target Audience: Self-directed individuals who would like to take control of their careers and achieve their full potential in the organisations they work for.
