Course Description

The Workplace Information Communication Technologies Applications (Workplace ICT Applications) module is a natural progression for individuals who have attended the Basic ICT Skills module, particularly for those with little or no ICT knowledge and skills.

This module stresses the importance of using ICT tools in the workplace to accomplish various tasks at different levels.

Learning Outcomes

The purpose of this module, common to all levels, is to ensure that participants are able to apply the skills and knowledge of ICT to their workplace and to increase work performance.
