Supervisory

At the supervisory level, the focus is on how the supervisor analyses the use of the ICT tools through evaluating their effectiveness and benefits that they bring to the team. Supervisors will also learn how to facilitate the acquisition of tools and equipment to accomplish team or divisional goals, providing solutions to common problems with ICT tools in the workplace. Supervisors are expected to have the basic knowledge and skills of using email, word processing and spreadsheet software and conducting research using the Internet.

Participants will experience and learn to:

Identify and resolve problems with ICT tools and machines
Analyse the use of electronic media storage for sharing of resources
Facilitate acquisition of and access to appropriate ICT tools and
machines
Use applications software to create an electronic-message and
complex documents and reports

Target Audience: Supervisory staff who have the responsibility of ensuring the correct application of ICT in the workplace.

Course Fee : $360 (subject to 5% GST)
Time : 9am to 6pm
