SupervisoryAt the supervisory
level, the focus is on how the supervisor analyses the use
of the ICT tools through evaluating their effectiveness and
benefits that they bring to the team. Supervisors will also
learn how to facilitate the acquisition of tools and equipment
to accomplish team or divisional goals, providing solutions
to common problems with ICT tools in the workplace. Supervisors
are expected to have the basic knowledge and skills of using
email, word processing and spreadsheet software and conducting
research using the Internet.
