•	Payment of your order
	Orders are dispatched upon receipt of full payment. Payment of orders made via the website is as follows:
	• Credit Card - VISA or MasterCard
	If you wish to pay for an order by cheque or bankers' draft, you may do so by placing your order directly with our Customer Services Department, by fax or by post. All payments made by cheque or by bankers' draft must be made in Singapore dollar.
•	Custom & Taxation All oversea custom and duties payable to the destination countries is not inclusive in the amount payable. All purchases made in Singapore is subjected to the prevailing GST rates.
•	Online components will not be subjected to courier charges.
•	You must contact Kaplan Financial via phone (+65 6733 1877) or email info@kaplan.com.sg) for authorization of returns/cancellations. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the date you receive your order. The materials must be returned in original, like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrap in order to be considered for a refund.
•	Returns are subjected to a restocking fee of S$50 and NO returns/cancellation will be accepted less than 30 days prior to the exam, regardless of when the order was received.
•	Audio, Video and CD-Rom Software may be returned provided that the product is unopened and in it’s original packaging and shrink-wrap.
•	Cancellation of orders is subjected to a S$50 administration fee.
•	All associated shipment cost, including duties, customs and/or brokerage fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
•	If the order has been shipped and is in transit with courier service, the refund amount will be less the return shipment costs, in addition to S$50 restocking fee.
•	Purchases of product packages, downloads, e-Book, electronics and online products/services, extended online access and previous year products are final and non-refundable.
•	No postage costs can be refunded to you unless the goods were received damaged by you. You will be liable for the postage costs of returning the goods to us, unless the products are 'damaged goods'.
•	Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30-45 business days.
•	Please return the materials, along with a copy of your official receipt and return authorization from Kaplan Financial.
•	Delivery timings: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays.
•	Current Kaplan Financial CFA Premier Package, Education and ELearning course students are entitled up to 20% discounts on Schweser™ CFA package and individual products. To be entitled for the student rates, please make purchase over the customer service counter.
•	Kaplan Financial and Kaplan Schweser reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without notice, please review the website periodically.
